OUR FACILITIES:
The Venus, Mars, and Neptune rooms can be connected via a door. The Saturne room is completely independent. All our rooms are fully modular, with folding meeting tables on casters.
All our rooms are equipped with a large screen (with built-in computer), as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and associated crockery. Eating is permitted in the rooms.
We offer coffee capsules, a selection of teas and organic fruit juices, available on site at reception. For larger meetings, we can prepare a samovar of coffee for around 100 cups (request in advance).
SPECIFIC ARRANGEMENT OF MEETING ROOMS:
In the booking form, you can choose a specific format, such as "U-shaped meeting" or "Conference", for some of our rooms, for a small additional fee.

OUR OTHER SPACES
JUPITER ROOM
Our Jupiter room is ideal for your conferences and receptions. It can be reserved for the day and includes the following equipment:
- Approximately one hundred stackable chairs;
- A fixed podium measuring 2.5 m by 3 m;
- A large screen and projector;
- A 360° sound system with microphones;
- Several folding tables and bar tables for receptions.
In addition, picture rails are installed around the entire room, as well as in the Atrium, allowing you to hang various materials for your presentations and organize exhibitions.
POLY ROOM
Our multipurpose room, known as “POLY,” measures approximately 100 m² and is available for all your recreational, cultural, or sporting activities. It can be reserved by the hour and is equipped as follows:
- Special flooring that requires the use of clean, appropriate footwear (no heels) and prohibits eating inside the room.
- Fifteen very comfortable floor cushions and several small benches to bring a cozy feel to your activities. No other furniture is possible here: no meeting tables or chairs.
- A portable speaker with Bluetooth connection.
- Toilets and showers are located in the immediate vicinity of the room.
SHARED SPACES
La Cité also has a large atrium, ideal for welcoming participants, coffee breaks, and possibly lunches, depending on the number of people.
A shared kitchen, equipped with a microwave, refrigerators, coffee machine, kettle, and crockery (plates, cutlery, glasses, cups), can also be used to store drinks or food.
These spaces are available to all occupants of La Cité and therefore cannot be completely privatized.
