1. Intellectual property

All content on the "Cité des Associations" website, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, videos, sounds, data, software, and other elements (collectively referred to as the "Content"), is the intellectual property of the "Cité des Associations" or its licensors, and is protected by national and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. 

By posting Content on the "Cité des Association"s website, you grant the "Cité des Associations" a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such Content, in connection with the operation of the website and associated activities. 

Users agree to respect the intellectual property rights of the "Cité des Associations" and third parties, and not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, or exploit the Content in any way without express written permission from the "Cité des Associations" or the relevant rights holder.

8. Room reservation by external users

Upon payment, you will receive a preliminary reservation for this room. However, the reservation is only effective upon receipt of a confirmation email within 72 hours. Cancellation of the reservation is possible by sending an email to reservation@citedesassociations.be. No refund will be issued in case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the reserved date and time, except for cases of force majeure. In case of cancellation more than 48 hours in advance, a refund will be made of the amount paid by the external user, minus the platform payment processing fees. 

9. Job posting

The "Cité des Associations" reserves the right to screen job offers before publication, conducted by the site's administrators. To request the posting of a job offer, please send an email to jobs@citedesassociations.be. Job offers will be published within 72 hours of receiving a complete offer. Job offers must not be discriminatory and must not promote religious, political, or anti-democratic characteristics. In case of rejection, a notification will be sent via email.
